AutoNation Honda Columbus - Service Center

I enjoy coming to Autonation Honda of Columbus; great service. My only issue with my last visit is that John, customer service rep., would not honor a oil change coupon because my vehicle, Chevy Traverse service. My only issue with my last visit is that John, customer service rep., would not honor a oil change coupon because my vehicle, Chevy Traverse, which is my 2nd vehicle, was not a Honda. An Oil Change with military discount cost me $108. Quite a bit of money for an oil change. It’s little things like this that will give me pause, when choosing my next new car dealership. Overall, most of my experiences here have been positive. More
