My wife had a sensor light for "low tire pressure" that kept coming on. She took her CRV to a couple of dealers in the area with no success.On Thursday, September 15th, she took it into this pressure" that kept coming on. Within an hour, they had successfully diagnosed that there was a rear tire sensor problem and recommended we have a new one put in. They also let me know that they did not have the part in stock but would go to another dealer to get the part and complete the repair by closing time. Bobby was excellent in communicating with us throughout the day. All the people I met at this dealership were friendly and professional in taking care of my wife's car. I've been bringing our cars here for years and they have been excellent -- without fail so far. The place is always clean and comfortable. They've added some sort of sandwich/smoothie bar so you can much while you wait?! Most importantly, the service consultants here are just top-notch. Always super friendly and professional. Bobby worked with me this time around and he was just phenomenal. Fit me right in for a larger tune-up I was completely ignoring. No bogus recommendations or slick add-ons. Just the recommended service. He suggested a few things to look out for in the distant future -- but absolutely no additional "discoveries" to pay for during this visit even though the car already had close to 70k on it. When it was completed, since it was getting a little late, Bobby even finished washing the car and drying it himself after the place was already closing down! They have consistently been great every time I have brought in a car. Not kidding -- not bringing my Hondas anywhere else. Now, if they would only start working on Toyotas... More
