I took my 2003 Pilot to a local repair shop, thinking I'd get excellent service and pricing (the local shop was recommended by a long-term customer). I needed a second opinion, so I went to Power (where we usually go for routine service). Bobby Tadokoro (Service Consultant) was great. Power diagnosed the car's condition, showed me exactly what was needed, and reminded me that they had done a timing belt replacement a few years back. I.e., they were honest and thorough. Bobby stayed late to make sure the car was finished and took it upon himself to do the courtesy car wash. Overall a very good experience (even though nobody "wants" to spend lots of money getting a car fixed). I feel the car is now ready for its first year at college with my daughter. More
