This was my first time at AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa. I was able to quickly and easily schedule my appointment for maintenance. When I arrived I was quickly met and it was probably under a minute befo I was able to quickly and easily schedule my appointment for maintenance. When I arrived I was quickly met and it was probably under a minute before the Service Advisor (Lidio) arrived. He clearly communicated what the maintenance would consist of and estimated a time of 1.5 hours. It was almost exactly 1.5 hours when my vehicle was ready. Lidio also recapped the maintenance that was performed and the overall status of everything. As an added bonus they also gave me a curtesy wash which was greatly needed. More

The Sales person Hamed ,was a pleasure to work with. So was Omar in the finance dept. Both were very knowledgeable and professional.
