Honesty and good communication mean a lot to me. At first, I thought I was getting a good deal on my new vehicle. But after receiving several emails about their Black Friday sale just days later, I At first, I thought I was getting a good deal on my new vehicle. What’s even more disappointing is that I didn’t get the color I really wanted. I made it very clear how interested I was, yet no one made any effort to locate it for me. Their excuse was that Honda was short on chips and not producing many vehicles, but that turned out to be far from true. What’s irritating and ironic is that the exact color and model I wanted is now available and in stock at this same location. That tells me they were not being honest with me from the start. I’m extremely disappointed. I will not be returning for any future vehicle purchases, nor will I recommend this dealership to any friends or family. The finance person I dealt with was also unprofessional, and now that I have questions about my new car, no one is responding. They were only friendly in the beginning to make the sale, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers once the deal is done. They should have been transparent with me from the very beginning. More
