The scheduler who I made my initial service appt with had not entered my appt into their computer. When I called to confirm my appt, the new scheduler said that there was not a listed appt for me at all on a not entered my appt into their computer. When I called to confirm my appt, the new scheduler said that there was not a listed appt for me at all on any day. I had taken off work more than a 1/2 day to accommodate my appt, since I was told that the car shuttle service was not going to be available at all to take me to work. I did get an appt an hour later than what I had originally scheduled, but that meant another hour I had to be away from work. I run my own business, and I do not get paid when I’m not at work. More
