I shopped for a used car for about a month and came upon a nice vehicle at AutoNation Honda in Costa Mesa. The color was not my number one preference, but the staff and their low pressure, very helpful atti a nice vehicle at AutoNation Honda in Costa Mesa. There were a couple of small concerns with the cosmetics on the car and they offered to take care of them. I decided to take them up on their offer and made the purchase. The dealership, management and my sales rep all did what they said they would do. I LOVE THE CAR. THANK YOU! More

The sales rep, Nicole, was excellent. The management kept us there for 5 hours and made us fill out all the unnecessary, repetitive financial info already approved by the Orange County T The management kept us there for 5 hours and made us fill out all the unnecessary, repetitive financial info already approved by the Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union. Ryan, loan officer, gave us no previous info regarding prices of extended warrantees on specific items and insisted that we agree on each add- on before we left the agency. They would not accept a "convenience check," issued by the credit union for $41,000 because "that's the way our dealership does business"and then put the wrong funding date on the forms, which the credit union would not accept. Therefore, this required another trip to the dealership to sign forms all over again. This was "old school pressure" so that they could make a 1% commission of $300 for our inconvenience of 5 hours before we could leave this nightmare experience. The car is excellent, but the management's policies are an exhausting nightmare (all for their $300 profit)! The OCTFCU is going to pursue this problem with their loan officers so that other clients will not have to endure their miserable business practices! More
