Paul Son was amazing. He was extrmemly knowledgable about the car was were interested in. He took every question, including the dumb ones to heart. He took my price to the GM knowing it was low & came back w the car was were interested in. He took every question, including the dumb ones to heart. I took all the blemishes personally & insisted they be resolved to my satisfaction. He treated me as if I were his only customer. I was at the dealership for longer than I wanted to, but he made the experience fly by. He offered us drinks constantly to make sure were were taken care of. Even after the sale he offered us discounts to future purchases on accessories. I'm so glad we worked with Paul. He isnt a vulture looking for his next sale. Ben, the finance guy, was very upfront & not pushy. I was amazed when he asked if I had AAA or Costco. What did that have to do with anything? When I told him I did, he gave me their price for the extended warranty vs the Honda price. He was very cordial & resposive to all of my questions. I didnt feel pressured to purchase anything, like I have at other dealerships. All in all my experience was completely the opposite of my past experiences at other dealerships.
