I would recommend this dealership and especially Lidio Valles. Lidio shares my concern for safety. I have never had a problem with being out of transportation because of an unexpected service problem. Lidio anticipates everything that could go wrong and checks it. Neither have I had him recommend a service that I did not need. I have 3 cars - an 88 Honda, a 94 Honda and a 2000 Hyundai and all three are in top running condition with regular service throughout the year. I am never inconvenienced and never endangered. When I make an appointment, it is Lidio who is always available to me and he knows the history of my cars point by point! If I need a ride, or a bag of popcorn -- whatever to make me comfortable, he does it. So in sum I would recommend C.M. Power Honda because they have Lidio Valles to keep me safe in each of my vehicles. Roslyn Snow More

This was my first time at this dealership for scheduled maintenance. That, plus an unexpected major repair, 2 recall repairs, and installation of my updated GPS disc, I was out of there for $135. Once they discovered the major repair needed, they drove me home and picked me back up when my car was done. I would have liked for the shuttle service to be a little quicker, but the drivers were very nice. I will definitely go back. More
As soon as we walked on the lot Elmer greeted us and he was very friendly. We told him we wanted information on the new Honda CRV and we weren't sure we were going to buy that day and he said no problem I was very friendly. He knew everything about the car and had an answer to every one of our questions. He was not pushy at all like most car salesman. I honestly have been wanting this car forever and wasn't sure if I was going to walk away that day with one, but because Elmer was so great the entire time I really wanted to get my car from him and he helped make my first car leasing experience really great. I was stressed out and nervous and his helpfulness really helped calm my nerves and he really helped me get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. My mom said he was the best car saleman she had experinced in her whole life and she has bought 7 cars in her lifetime, and she said I was lucky to have such a nice, helpful and informative man to help me for my first time. Thanks Elmer for being so great :) I would tell anyone I know interested in a Honda to go Elmer. Also the whole staff there is really friendly. Overall a great experience. More

I originally leased a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid from Costa Mesa Power Honda. I came in to service the vehicle (oil change, software upgrade, etc). With my lease nearly up, I decided to take a look at a new Mesa Power Honda. I came in to service the vehicle (oil change, software upgrade, etc). With my lease nearly up, I decided to take a look at a new vehicle. Kat, from the service department, who was extremely helpful, patient and kind, referred me over to Johnny Smith from the sales department. Johnny was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he was patient and very thorough. I recently had some issues with my credit (credit card problems), and even with my low credit score, Johnny & both Pauls from the finance department, spent several hours contacting Honda directly to get me approved for a new car! I thought there was no way that I could get a vehicle with my credit (581) without a cosigner, yet they found a way to make it happen! They managed to make an exception because of my loyalty as a customer and persuaded Honda Corporate to lease me the vehicle! I HIGHLY recommend Power Honda Costa Mesa as their entire staff is diligent, professional, patient and not pushy at all! Johnny Smith, a retired LAPD police officer displayed his vast knowledge of the Honda vehicles and was a pleasure to work with. I never felt rushed, or pressured into the purchase. The finance department with Paul and Paul Choi provided me with several options to suit my unique and specific needs. They made it happen, even with my abysmal credit score! Kat, from the service department is on point! She handles every issue with expediency and care. After I drove off the lot, there was a "low tire pressure," warning on the dashboard. I called Kat up, and she said "come right back and we will fix it." Sure enough, I drove back, and even though there was a line of 5 other cars, she took it right to the front and got it fixed in MINUTES!! Now that is SERVICE! It was a simple software fix and that was that. You can tell that the employees at Costa Mesa - Power Honda aren't just working at a "job." This is their career, their passion and what they clearly love to do - help others get into the vehicle that they truly want and need. Overall, it was an honor to work with such a well versed, thoughtful and compassionate team. Thank you Power Honda Costa Mesa! I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.
