Prior to coming to AutoNation and working with Lidio in the service department, I had always dreaded coming to get my car serviced. That changed with Lidio. My car has been having trouble starting, sometim the service department, I had always dreaded coming to get my car serviced. That changed with Lidio. My car has been having trouble starting, sometimes taking me a half hour just to get the engine going. Lidio was immediately able to diagnose the problem as a busted starter, and got my issue fixed the same day! Along with that, he also discovered some issues with my car that were covered under warranty and didn't try to scam me or anything like that. Just an overall amazing experience. 5 STARS! More
