Bought a used Audi A-5 convertible in June 2022, by July AC went out, under 90 day warranty. Repair took four days, understandably. Air conditioning is working great. My concern and reason for not giving a four star rating is in regard to my concerns on how my car was used: why was the passenger seat back set back, as if someone was sitting in the seat and the floor of the front passenger side was littered with leaves and dirt. I had just had the car detailed 4 days prior and I was the only person in that car, no passenger(s). The gas was at 1/4 a tank ,car read 105 miles to empty as I pulled into auto nation to drop off for repair, when I picked up the car it read 20 miles until empty. I regrettably didn’t check car mileage immediately upon exiting the lot when I picked up the car. However, a fourth of a tank of gasoline on a Audi A-5 convertible, that was more then running the car for compressor install. I sent a note / text to our service writer three days ago and have not heard back. More

Came here for car servicing. Post servicing my radar system not working. Went back to check and response from team here was its nothing to do with servicing, get it but why just Post servicing my radar system not working. Went back to check and response from team here was its nothing to do with servicing, get it but why just after servicing? Associates working here was very ignorant and defensive. Repeating same sentence again and again as to avoid if their mistake. Got another 100+dollars service request. I am little concern about this and confused if this is business. Not so happy with service here. More
