After receiving a recall letter amongst a pile of medical bills from American Honda while I was hospitalized, plus aftercare still ongoing, the last thing I needed was facing the prospect of finding the righ bills from American Honda while I was hospitalized, plus aftercare still ongoing, the last thing I needed was facing the prospect of finding the right dealer to bring my 2019 car's service needs up to date. When I pulled in to Auto Nation, I was expecting to make an appointment; but, Eileen Jennings immediately turned my car over to a mechanic and everything I listed on my service request was handled then and there while I waited--plus a car wash and connecting my new phone. Other dealers in California had given the obligatory service, with one handing me my key and turning me out to find my vehicle amongst all the other white sedans on their property. I will definitely be returning anytime I need service. More
