AN Honda CM is adequate but not stellar as a dealer. It possesses some good people who try do good work. I have always detected a pressure on the people to goose the profit margin whenever possible. General Maintenance Service & Service Advisor, Derek, were great; However, the next day I noticed something scrapping the ground under my car. I brought the car back & Service Advisor John was rude and c were great; However, the next day I noticed something scrapping the ground under my car. I took my car to Honda with no problems and received it back with a problem and then received extremely poor customer service to boot. I left a voicemail for the Service Manager, Danielle, the following day to discuss the experience and never received a return phone call. It’s so easy to remain professional, and this Service Department is lacking. Highly disappointing! More
