Daniel was friendly while being professional and took the time to make absolutely sure I was taken care of and all of my questions and concerns were handled. Even when he wasn't sure about how to answer a co time to make absolutely sure I was taken care of and all of my questions and concerns were handled. Even when he wasn't sure about how to answer a couple of more technical questions I had about my brand new vehicle, he made sure to find someone with more experience to explain those things to me. Each time I've brought my CRV in for service I've received great service. This time especially so. My wife is being treated for cancer and has other medical issues and money is really tight. Lidio received great service. This time especially so. My wife is being treated for cancer and has other medical issues and money is really tight. Lidio worked with me and helped me out with payment options & getting a loaner car, and was patient, understanding, and not pushy with everything that came back as needing done. I wound up just doing the brakes for now but Lidio's help was instrumental in me being able to fix my car. Thank you! More
