This 5-star review is for Lidio. I made an appointment online at 10am on a Friday. I received an email confirmation and that John Aird would be my advisor. However, when I pulled up on time on Friday, I e online at 10am on a Friday. I received an email confirmation and that John Aird would be my advisor. However, when I pulled up on time on Friday, I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes, while other customers who pulled up after me got helped. The girl who greeted me initially told John who was walking by that I've been waiting for him, but he didn't greet me or acknowledge me and walked away (not even a "hi" or "I'll be there shortly"). Lidio saw me waiting for a long time and decided to come and help me. He has helped me in the past so I already knew that I'd get great help from him. Although I had a frustrating start, Lidio went above and beyond to make sure that my car was taken care of. Next time, I'll make sure to make an appointment with him. More
