I said I need a oil change for my CR-V he said ok lets go inside verify all my information. He said your vehicle will done in 20-30 mins. I look at my wacth and said ok.30 mins after its done. I dropped off my car for a standard oil change. Jason, service advisor, called me a few hours later to tell me I needed a brake service. He stated that I had 0.1 mm of wear left on the brake pads. He stated that they were dangerously low and was very persistent in having me authorize the service. I declined since I didn't have the money. When I picked up the car, I noticed that I had over 4.0 mm remaining and they did not need to be replaced. These brakes would have lasted for another few years. I don't mind paying for repairs that are needed. I also don't mind paying for preventive maintenance. But I have a problem with someone lying and trying to cheat me for a service that isn't required. The customer service was outstanding, Bobby really helped me out and understood my situation. He could have charged me a lot more but trust is a huge issue with them and right from the start I felt like we h me out and understood my situation. The guy the helped us, Lidio Valle, is extremely friendly and helpful. He is also very experienced, and when I asked about the problem with my trunk material, he pointed out us the most economic to do it and and helpful. I would recommend this dealership and especially Lidio Valles. Lidio shares my concern for safety. I have never had a problem with being out of transportation because of an unexpected service problem. Lidio anticipates everything that could go wrong and checks it. Neither have I had him recommend a service that I did not need. I have 3 cars - an 88 Honda, a 94 Honda and a 2000 Hyundai and all three are in top running condition with regular service throughout the year. I am never inconvenienced and never endangered. When I make an appointment, it is Lidio who is always available to me and he knows the history of my cars point by point! If I need a ride, or a bag of popcorn -- whatever to make me comfortable, he does it. So in sum I would recommend C.M. He is always intentional about taking care of us, explaining what needs to be done and offering his recommendati customers for a number of years now. This was my first time at this dealership for scheduled maintenance. That, plus an unexpected major repair, 2 recall repairs, and installation of my updated GPS disc, I was out of there for $135. Once they discovered the major repair needed, they drove me home and picked me back up when my car was done. I would have liked for the shuttle service to be a little quicker, but the drivers were very nice. I will definitely go back. More
