Oil service plus unidentified problem was reason for visit. Identification of unidentified problem and then lack of parts resulted in retention of vehicle for 4 days. Appreciated a ride home when extent of issue was identified. Estimation of cost and time required to obtain parts were met, but frustrating to be without Pilot for 4 days. Radio would not work when attempted to use subsequent to visit. Called service advisor who worked me through restoration via codes, etc. Believe this issue should have been identified and resolved before releasing Pilot to me. Was comfortable with service advisor. He was accessible, friendly and knowledgeable. More
