From my first phone call to picking up my Ridgeline it was a good experience. People were polite and honest about what needed to be done and there was no quibble about payment since the truck was under wa was a good experience. Good service dept on this last Tuesday. They were kind and got me in and got me right out. I thought the waiting room was clean and so was the bathroom. I get the same lady to check me in They were kind and got me in and got me right out. I thought the waiting room was clean and so was the bathroom. I get the same lady to check me in and out and she is always very kind. I have been there for all my oil changes and service and will continue to go there. Very Pleased!!!!
