I had to take the vehicle in for a oil change and right after that my check engine light came on and my vehicle would cut off in the middle of traffic, so they had me to bring it in 10/25/2021 at 12:30 and they had me going back and forth to the other auto nation on hwy 64 and they made me go back to Covington pike and nothing was taken care of. Adam promised to repair my head light because of the running around they had me going through, then he claim he couldn't do it. My whole lunch hour was taken and nothing was done. I feel they gave me a run around. I wouldn't refer anyone there because of the way everything was done. I waited for hours while processing the vehicle when I purchased it. After that they had some minor work to do on it and the communication was awful. Every time I took it in I had to go over everything over and over again explaining why I had to come in. More
