Salesman, Bill, was awesome. Answered all questions and was very helpful. Could have went smoother with financing. Changed the deal and the bank to many times. Was told we had a deal at this bank with this was very helpful. Could have went smoother with financing. Changed the deal and the bank to many times. Was told we had a deal at this bank with this rate only to be called and told dealership couldn’t get the bank to agree and our payment went up. My advice is, if you guarantee and sign paperwork on Sunday don’t call and try and change it on Monday. Almost lost a sale. Don’t make promises… More
