I just left one of their competitors because the sales people were directing their conversation to the gentleman at my side rather than the person purchasing the vehicle. This happened five times, including the GM of that particular dealership. I felt as if I didn't exist. So, I left and went to Dobbs Honda. The very first time I arrived the salesperson was kind and thoughtful. I explained what I just went through at their competitor's dealership. The salesperson assured me this would not happen at Dobbs Honda. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, including price to guarantee my car shopping experience was satisfactory.
