Tried buying a honda civic from them and they lied from the beginning. First they said they would sell the car for msrp but added extras i did t need and said they came with the car and second they gave me the beginning. We are helped every time by the same service rep (Oscar is the best!) and he really knows what he is doing, and the particulars of our vehicle. He once recommended we replace one tire, when I asked if we should replace the others, he noted their tread value and said we could wait on it. That is honesty! We are definitely loyal customers and would recommend this dealership to our friends. I also appreciate the complimentary carwash at the end of every service. More

Quick process to purchase the car. No haggling allowed, good and bad in my opinion. I was promised the car you be ready for pickup in a few after some maintenance and repairs. I was told it was “ready” and drove an hour to pick up the car only to find out the repairs were not done and I would have to come back when the parts came in. Also received two keys but only one works. I guess they will fix that too when I return for the repair. Looks like I have to take a day off of work to get the repair taken care of. More
