We just purchased our third Honda from this dealership. For our most recent purchase (2022 CRV Hybrid Touring), Sam Chowdury, Tony Afnani and Josue were professional in all regards. I was particularly impressed with how Sam responded quickly to our wishes to see a CRV. He called to tell me that one had become available and that I should come immediately because of the high demand (this was in June 2022). When we got to the dealership, Sam was occupied but he had Tony Afnani help us, and he was great. Sam has invited us to return in two weeks so that he can show us features about the car that we aren't familiar with. (He rightfully said that it was important for us to become familiar with some of the features.) All in all, this was a pleasurable experience, which is saying a lot about car buying, especially under the conditions of June 2022. More

I am concerned because two days after the service I went on a trip from VA to ME. Half way on the trip we heard some clanking noise . We stoped at a tire service center and found out that the oil pan cove on a trip from VA to ME. Half way on the trip we heard some clanking noise . We stoped at a tire service center and found out that the oil pan cover was loose and hitting the ground. The service people had to zip tie the oil pan cover several times. Since I had the car aligned, transmission flushed and fluid changed I wondered why the loose oil pan cover was not discovered. That is the reason why I said I would not recommend this service center. WOE to any buyer from Maryland. Two months and still waiting for title and tags. I was not advised that the Maryland safety certificate included in my documents folder had expired. Temp tags at time of purchase expired; had to wait for new Temp tags and then was told I could not get permanent Maryland tags because I was responsible for Maryland safety inspection. Customer service after cash purchase leaves a lot to be desired. More
