Everything went smooth, the only dealer with the exact Honda Civic in the limited color I had been searching for. The dealership is bright, clean, and has refreshments while you wait. There was about a 15 minute wait to see the service manager. I needed a tire replaced due to a nail and the service was completed in while you wait. There was about a 15 minute wait to see the service manager.
