I must say my salesperson, Brandon was great. The rest leaves a lot to be desired. I went there to buy out my lease on my 2019 Honda Accord and with hopes of purchasing a new SUV. A day later I received a letter from Honda Financial giving me 15 days to produce paper work as to what happened to the license plates, which I left with the dealership and purchased new ones. I have made numerous calls and left messages for manager to call me back. No response. The dealer charged me $799 for a “processing fee” what ever that means. So good by Honda Nation. You have seen the last off me. PS when I moved to Va one year ago took my auto there for service. Had a very bad experience in that dept. never again More

Very pleased with the oil change service for my 2013 Accord Coupe. I bought the car at this dealership nine years ago and moved out of the area about a year and a half later. I just returned to the area and needed to have this service done for my car and I was not disappointed with the outcome. The work appears to have been done correctly and in the time promised. It was also done for a few dollars UNDER the quoted price. Overall it was a very good experience. If I remain in the area I plan to continue to have my car serviced here. More
