Yesterday I got a called from the sales associate stating his manager was sorry and asking if i would take a deal i said that i would at that number. He said excellent my manager will call you back right away. A few hours later i called him and mention i had not received anything. After been transferred multiple times i was told by another manager that they wont be honoring that deal and it was a mistake. I called the gm and left a message with no reply. I guess even after giving them another chance to do the right thing they prove me right. NOT A GOOD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.
