Customer service is definitely not a priory for this service dept. When I called to set up the appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and trailer hitch install, I was told it would take about 4 ho service dept. When I called to set up the appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and trailer hitch install, I was told it would take about 4 hours. When I dropped it off Saturday at 8:15am I was told it would take all day. I informed them I needed the vehicle before 3pm as I had a function to go to and picking up my vehicle on Tuesday was not an option (because of holiday weekend). The service rep said he would try and have it done by 2pm. I called at 1:30pm and was told everyone was at lunch so I called at 2pm and the system put me in loop where I couldn’t get a hold of any live person.I gave up. Finally I called again at 4pm and left a message with a live person. I was called back at 4:15 stating my car was done, with no explanation or apologies for not getting it done sooner as promised. Had they called me and communicated the delay I would have been fine but no communication whatsoever from these people. Payment was fun because they got the total cost wrong and I had to spend time dealing with that. Overall it was a bad experience and not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. More

Another great experience at AutoNation Dulles Honda. The 2022 HRV Sport I just purchased is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from ADH and the third I have purchased working Mr. Wayne Brent as my sal The 2022 HRV Sport I just purchased is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from ADH and the third I have purchased working Mr. Wayne Brent as my salesperson. Realizing I could not wait out the current situation (supply shortage), I reached out to Wayne and within a few weeks, we were driving out of the dealership in a new 2022 HRV Sport. Wayne went out of his way to make sure we got the exact car we were looking for and didn’t waste any time trying to get us into something he had on the lot. Wayne is a true professional and a pretty cool guy a well (just kidding, he’s a very cool guy). On top of the excellent experience with Wayne, ADH was able to get me a great price (again, given the current supply situation) and didn’t try to upsell me on the dealer add-ons. I really appreciated that. Mr. Greg Chery was very efficient on the finance/paperwork side of the transaction and everyone else at ADH was friendly and helpful.
