They took time right away to do the test and helped me submit the paperwork, and even washed the car, all with courtesy and smiles! Thanks to Demetrius and Hector I have a renewed registration and a renewed great place to go for help! More
I brought my Honda Pilot in for code A167. I was sent a 25% off service, parts, and accessories coupon. I confirmed that it would could come off my oil change and rear differential brakes se I was sent a 25% off service, parts, and accessories coupon. I confirmed that it would could come off my oil change and rear differential brakes service when I dropped my car off. However, when I picked the car up, I was checked out by another gentleman who said that the "25% off coupon does not apply to oil change". Even though the coupon has no exclusions on it and the website clearly describes oil change as a service. I was contacted regarding a recommendation for a tire alignment while my car was still being serviced. I decided to go with it even though the dealership charges more even with 25% off because of the overall discount I was receiving on all 3 services. I was disappointed to be checked out by a different salesman who did not honor what the first gentleman confirmed regarding the oil change. More

Also impressed by Josue in closing the deal. Your dealership is a breath of fresh air, not the usual ordeal experienced with other dealerships where leasing/buying a car can turn into a nightmare. I will always come back to you! However, not for service, as only my first experience was satisfactory, the rest left a lot to be desired. Rude, uncaring, too long of a wait; perceived as lack of customer service training - at least for the folks I dealt with. More
Team is very nice and helpful. I would recommend them. My only two notes, they need to work on time management while finalizing the process as the whole thing could take 2 to 3 hrs I would recommend them. Dissatisfied with car service. The service personnel (Oscar Castro) was rude. I was late for my car service appointment and I have asked about ETA for service completion. But the response was rude( He said “ He is honoring me by making an appointment now”) and also I did not receive a call after the service is done. Oil change and brake fluid flush were done in the service. but what I have noticed while driving after a certain speed there is a tapping sound I can hear but as soon as acceleration speed is reduced the sound is gone. I purchased my car from this dealership and I trust them for good car service. Every service for the past 4 years I have booked with them. This time I am not satisfied with the service. More
