I had the worse service this time with AutoNation Honda Dulles. I've been taking my 2016 Pilot there ever since I bought from them, but this time the service has been lackluster, after I paid $2500 for 10 Dulles. I've been taking my 2016 Pilot there ever since I bought from them, but this time the service has been lackluster, after I paid $2500 for 100k miles checkup. First they forgot to reset the service maintenance, then they did not do the safety inspection BUT they charged me for it. Didn't realized that until I got the car back at home. BE CAREFUL and CHECK ALL THE DETAILS!!! More
