I brought my car in for a typical oil change and also because I had noticed a loud squeaking sound when I was braking. Because of some busy logistics on my part, I had decided to drop off the car and would just pick it up when everything was finished. My advisor, Adam, called that afternoon to give me an update and let me know that they did not have one of the parts needed for the repair but he was going to try and get it in and get the repair done. What he didn't tell me was that he would have to go wayyyyyy out of his way to get it in, but he did it. He went above and beyond, got the part, got the repair done, and saved me from having to make a return visit for that repair. I really appreciate Adam's dedication and commitment to his customers which is why I will keep bringing my car to him at AutoNation Honda! He's the best! More
