I am easily able to schedule service online. Easy check-in when I arrive. However, this time my scheduled oil change took almost 2 hours and I had to request a status. I was advised I need a balance and alignment, after they had moved car from shop. I would have done it that day to avoid another appointment. But scheduled elsewhere. They may have just been too busy, but did not communicate that with me. I will continue to go back as it did not steer me away. But would have liked to gotten all my work completed in one day. More

I generally don't enjoy the process of buying a new car. It's a dance I really dread. But our experience at AutoNation Dulles Honda was quite different from the norm I have experienced in the past. I realize the paradigm has changed due to the supply chain shortages impacting the automobile industry - both new and used car inventories, plus parts. But the staff at the dealership was extremely professional and courteous. Everything was upfront and honest, with no hidden agendas. Our sales consultant, Justin Duke, was super to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were able to get exactly the car we desired at a fair price. He has followed up on everything we requested and discussed after the sale. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a satisfying auto purchasing experience – a true model of what all sales consultants should be. The sales manager, Sunny Hauue, was professional and straightforward in bringing the sale to conclusion. There was no haggling, just a recognition of what was a fair deal for both parties. I genuinely appreciated the open and frank negotiation. Finally, the financial services manager, James Quaye, made the paperwork expeditious and understandable. The dealership is a beautiful facility – new, clean, and customer friendly. In this age of auto shortages, AutoNation Dulles Honda had the car we desired and gave us a fair deal without an arbitrary pure profit markup that most Honda dealers are applying in this environment. I cannot recommend this dealer and its staff enough to everyone! More
