It took way too long to check in and check out for a simple wheel alignment offer sent to me by email by the dealership. I had an appt for 1 PM but didn't get to see an advisor for about a half hour, then the actual work took another hour+. Why? Finally, the list of "recommended" repairs came out to over $1000 in (what I see as) ripoff prices. If I hadn't received a coupon for a cheap wheel alignment, I would never have travelled to AN. And I won't again. More
