I had a pleasant experience with the service department. I was able to make an appointment quickly, dropped off when it was convenient for me, and the service advisor called me when they had diagnosed the i I was able to make an appointment quickly, dropped off when it was convenient for me, and the service advisor called me when they had diagnosed the issue. Rozina (Rosy), the advisor took the time to explain all the recommended service that the technician had suggested and did not pressure me into anything. I was able to authorize the work that I critically needed and was able to delay some of the near future work. Rosy did a wonderful job of updating me and making sure that I understood the pricing. I give Rosy a 10!!! More
