I have reached out as you requested and was transferred to a salesman. After explaining the circumstances he stated he would pass the information to a manager and get back to me. It’s been a week and no response. I also have my 30 day tag expiring tomorrow. I called the dealership 3 times on Friday and could never get a hold of the POC. Just before 5 pm I got a call back and they admitted they have not sent my title application to the NCDMV as they claimed there was a mix up of some lien holder documents. Supposedly they are sending me a second 30 day tag (unsure if that is even legal in VA as it’s not allowed in NC unless certain circumstances have been met).
