Took 20 minutes for a service advisor to help me out at both drop off and pickup. Some were busy others were just sitting there. Rather than gratefully accepting my business the first thing they did was qu both drop off and pickup. Some were busy others were just sitting there. Rather than gratefully accepting my business the first thing they did was question why I brought my Acura to a Honda dealership and tell me they might not be able to diagnose the problem (even though Honda and Acura cars use almost all the same parts and are nearly identical except for the luxury features). The work was completed satisfactorily but once I got the vehicle home I noticed several scratches and a large dent on my car that were not there before. Now I will have to deal with the inconvenience of returning to the dealership to get the cosmetic damage fixed. In the future I will make the longer trip to take my car to the Acura dealership rather than this dealership which is closer to my house. More
