The person in charge of my car was excellent and very professional. But no coffee cups in the waiting room. After complaining the manager brought the cups, but then I drunk the coffee and it was the wors professional. But no coffee cups in the waiting room. Matt was great. We were able to get the vehicle and the process was easy. Matt kept us posted on the vehicle being available.
