I went 10 mins late and they denied to take my car for oil change/state inspection. After some heated conversations they accepted. They failed my state inspection. Not sure whether it was for a genuine oil change/state inspection. After some heated conversations they accepted. They failed my state inspection. Not sure whether it was for a genuine cause or intentional ( because I had heated conversation). Everyone prefers a great customer experience and trusted dealer. Now I am not sure to trust this place. It's my favorite place until yesterday!! More

Called at 1:00PM for an appointment and was scheduled for 1:40PM same day. Car was in shop by 2:00PM for an 85,000 mile checkup and completed by 4:20PM. Everything about the service I received was great except for being told that the time needed for repair would be 5 to 5.5 hours and it took over 7 hours. The only way I found out that my car was ready was for being told that the time needed for repair would be 5 to 5.5 hours and it took over 7 hours. The only way I found out that my car was ready was by calling the service department at 4:15 pm after I brought it into the dealership at 8:00 am. The explanation I received regarding the needed repairs was excellent. More
