I had never been to this dealership before. There was a recall on my vehicle, so I brought it in. I typically get my car serviced at a local shop, but when my technician told me that all kinds of services recall on my vehicle, so I brought it in. I typically get my car serviced at a local shop, but when my technician told me that all kinds of services needed to be done (fluids were dirty, etc), I realized that my local guy was not thorough. I compared prices at both shops before going ahead with getting service at the dealership. I was shocked that both prices were basically the same. People think that dealerships charge higher prices, but that's not true (at least not in this case). I highly recommend AutoNation Honda in Dulles, VA! More

Charged for an emissions test that turns out I didn’t need after I asked that they confirm. They stated they would verify if it was needed before doing the test. Yeah it is only $28, but that is not the need after I asked that they confirm. They stated they would verify if it was needed before doing the test. Yeah it is only $28, but that is not the point. My bad for ever trusting a dealer to be honest and forthright. Buyer beware. I have two Hondas, good cars, but they will be my last. More
