Exorbitant and hidden “Misc Fees” applied at the end to my bill that were not communicated about up front. (+$30) I asked the cashier what the charge was for and they said “it is applied to all Customers” my bill that were not communicated about up front. The services they mentioned it represented were seemingly obscure, things I did not ask for and would have declined. Lack of transperency in your charges and fees leave me with a terrible impression of your business and feeling taken advantage of. I have had service performed here for multiple vehicles in the past 10+ years and do not recall these fees. Seems to be a new policy as an income generation scheme that I would encourage you to change to retain loyal customers. Also, my oil change indicators were not reset which I had to do myself. More

My Service Advisor - Richard was friendly and very attentive. I came in to have my front tires changed out and even took care of my concern with my 2nd row seats. The communication at this dealership is the worst. I purchased a vehicle to include additional packages like the visual protection for interior as well as new tires. Said he would order the tires and schedule the interior 9 days later nothing. More
This was my first experience with this dealership, having recently moved into the area. From start to finish, I found the experience pleasant and efficient (although it took a bit to get used to because it's recently moved into the area. From start to finish, I found the experience pleasant and efficient (although it took a bit to get used to because it's different than how my prior Honda dealership operated). The ability to drive into the large (but covered) service bay is wonderful, although it took me a few minutes to get my bearings because I was not sure where my assigned rep sat. Ultimately my pre-assigned rep was not present, but Aaron came over and provided great customer service. The waiting room is large and spacious (although the chairs could likely be replaced) and I appreciated the free coffee dispensed via a machine. Service-wise, I found it unusual that I was not immediately given a price (to replace a tire); instead, I signed the paperwork, the car was taken into the shop, and then Aaron came back about 40 minutes later to explain the cost of various service options. Maybe this was a one-off situation based on what service I requested, so I will see what happens next time. In terms of quality of work, so far the new tires and alignment appear to have been done correctly. For efficiency, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which is fairly decent from my experience. More
