Our 2021 CR-V purchase was our second car buy from AutoNation Honda Dulles in two months. That fact alone should say a lot. Justin Duke, our sales representative, was the principal reason. We bought our first in 1991 and these last two purchases are our seventh and eighth Honda vehicles. Even with the good record we've had with Honda, Justin's help was key. It has been eleven years since we purchased new cars and the technology has moved ahead light years. Justin was able to educate us on the developments of the hybrid and other new technologies and why these vehicles are in such high demand. Justin then made the purchase process easy. After our first purchase in July, we told Justin what we were looking for in our second vehicle. He kept close watch on arriving inventory and alerted us as soon as our preferred vehicle was in. We were able to come to the dealership and quickly complete the purchase. Once again, Justin made the purchase process work smoothly. He was courteous, efficient, and professional throughout. Our most recent experience was a little frustrating. We were told over the phone that the issue we were experiencing would be covered under warranty so we made the appt. At drop-off, the advisor stated th were told over the phone that the issue we were experiencing would be covered under warranty so we made the appt. At drop-off, the advisor stated that the vehicle was out of warranty and that we would have to pay diagnosis fees and had a fairly cavalier attitude. He really wasn't interested in explaining why we were told differently. We asked to speak to a supervisor and Adam stepped in. Things went much smoother from that point and Adam did a great job in helping us through the situation and getting the vehicle repaired and back to us quickly. More
