The finance/paperwork department is an absolute joke. I'm still waiting for tags after a month. I am highly disappointed that Honda of Dulles has no reward system in place for their dealership to recognize the excellent customer service and excellent work given by the service workers or the mechan reward system in place for their dealership to recognize the excellent customer service and excellent work given by the service workers or the mechanics. Think about it: how often does someone buy a car? Service on your car is constant, not necessarily for breakdown repairs but for regular maintenance. They need to be rewarded more so than sales. Give them their due!!! They are the ones that make repeat customers more so than sales!!!!! Shame on you!!! Reward them for their outstanding work!!! We come back because of them!!!!
