I'm a very picky person so 4/5 stars is very good! Bought a 5yr old Minivan with 36K miles, and full tank of gas. Also purchased a vehicle from Carmax 5wks ago (had to replace 2 cars). They both have Fair prices with no price haggles, but AutoNation dealer fees are higher. They both took 4 hrs for the transaction, but should have only taken < 1hr since I was not financing. Vehicle was cleaned/detailed very well, about 98% perfect. I've had it for 2wks now, runs well with minor irregularities. I purchased in MD, but live in PA, so they took care of the title and plates, but I have not received them yet. I got the 5yr extended dealer warranty, cause it is a Chrysler product, and just out of manufacturer warranty. It cost about 20% of the vehicle price, which I think is a lot. I almost never buy extended warranties cause it is a money maker for them, and they did push a bit on getting the warranty, but this is the first time I'm buying a used american car, so I went for it. I will appreciate it if I ever need to use it. After all, it's just money, right? I would buy from them again, but perhaps skip the 5yr extended dealer warranty. More
