Avoid visiting this Honda dealership at all costs, especially if you end up dealing with the manager David. Unfortunately, our experience with him was exceptionally unpleasant. When my dad and I arrived to collect our check, we found David seated at the front desk, casually eating sushi. Despite informing him that we had spoken to one of his employees and were here for the check, he claimed no one knew about it, insisted we were at the wrong dealership, and treated us as if we were foolish. Instead of checking the bin right next to him, where our check was located, he chose to sit back, making sarcastic comments and leaving us feeling at fault for something we hadn't done. Only after we pressed him did he ask one of his employees to check the bin, and finally, we were given the check. However, upon opening it, we discovered that the amount was less than what we had given. When we pointed this out, David simply shrugged, feigned ignorance once again, and glanced at his employees. In response to his rude, passive-aggressive, and sarcastic demeanor, I spoke up, directly addressing his behavior. His dismissive reply was, "I'm sorry you feel that way," followed by the remark, "I've never known your guys' names until I saw your check." Such conduct is completely unacceptable from a manager we had met just a week ago, especially considering that we were considering purchasing a vehicle from him. It's incredibly disappointing, and I strongly advise against ever visiting this dealership. More
