I recently used KBB instant cash offer to get a price on my car. I received an offer of slightly over $50,000.00. This dealership called me immediately and said they were interested. I declined because they my car. I received an offer of slightly over $50,000.00. This dealership called me immediately and said they were interested. I declined because they wouldn't discuss the offer on the phone and wanted me to come in. The next they they called again and left a voicemail. I didn't reply. The next day a manager named David Lee called and left me a voicemail saying verbatim " I feel really really good that if you described the vehicle accurately I can offer you considerably more money". I then called back because of this. I'm happy to share the voicemail with anyone who would like to hear it. When I drove to the dealership today the car was appraised and found to be in the condition it was described as. I was given an offer of $48,000.00. I was upset and complained to the Manager, David Lee, that I didn't care if they weren't interested in buying the care, I cared that they wasted my time and dragged me out to the dealership to lowball me. His response was "It took you twenty minutes to get here. Im sorry it took twenty minutes out of your day". He then deflected about how he needed to see my car to give me an offer, even though he has my KBB instant cash value offer which was the whole reason they have my contact information and called me 3 times and left 2 voicemails to hound me about buying my car. I have a video of the conversation if anyone would like to hear it for themselves or doubt any part of my experience. Stay far away from this lying, thieving, deceiving dealership. They will be dishonest and use every dirty trick in the book to get you in the door. More
I came to this dealership because not once, not twice, but three times, I brought our 2015 CR-V in for analysis of a “low tire pressure” warning. Each time, the service folks helped me out. Free. Turns out that a very small mail was the cause, something that required a COSTCO tire specialist, to fix, under the tire warrantee.
