Auto Nation Honda at Sterling, VA is a great place to purchase a vehicle. From the agent to manager, everyone were super customer friendly. I bought a Honda Accord recently. Agent Justin Duke made it easy for me by answering a lot of questions that I didn’t know about the car beforehand. He went above and beyond by making sure I had everything I needed for the car. He is a champion of customer services. Manager Sunny also helped me insuring finances and providing timely services. A great place to buy a car!

Why autonation want me to call them when they are not even return the call, is it just for wasting my time? I tried to reach out based on your response and experienced the above. Your database definitely have my contact details, if you would like to resolve my issue call me any time, I won't send you into endless loop and won't send you to an unattended voice mail like autonation do to its customers. If the manager is really caring about service on a serious note provide office extension details not general number which used for all services to make fool us customers.
