I came in two weeks ago on a whim with my wife to look at replacing her minivan. Sean was the sales person assigned to me based on my internet outreach and he immediately started our sales journey. He was able to identify our needs, space + aggressive styling, and he confirmed the Pilot Elite model with a few modifications would be our best match. He brought it out and then the fun started. I am always down for a good negotiation, but really Sean was a straight shooter. No gimmicks or games, he was fair and substantiated every position the dealership took. He was able to get me in the car and out the door in a few hours, and he never left the dealership until I was satisfied. We did have some modifications that we ordered during the sale that were installed afterwards. Sean made sure I had a an appointment and that it was done in the same day. He exceeded my expectations.
