I think i found a great car. They agreed to fix the bumper and supply the floor mats, though they are very generic. Also, the car had three illuminators illuminate within 2 days They agreed to fix the bumper and supply the floor mats, though they are very generic. Also, the car had three illuminators illuminate within 2 days of driving. Hoping to get these fixed ASAP. Was told i would be out of there within an hour, though it took approximately 4 hours. Good thing i had schoolwork to accomplish. I have purchased 3 cars with them in the past and will most likely go back depending on the warning light illimitation issues. More
The store is very comfortable to go around and sit down while waiting for the car being done. The Service appointment scheduling is also very convenient, just a phone call away. However, when we drop-off or pick-up the vehicle for the Service, the associates seems to be consumed in their paperwork all the time and not able to receive and respond to a customer. While picking-up the vehicle after service has been a maze for me all the time to around multiple associates - one associate pointing to another and I end up with a different associate - not clear who is working on my vehicle and who can complete my check-out process. The response of the associates was not a friendly gesture, it was like posing a challenge - why I'm there and you figure out. If they cannot make the associates provide better customer experience atleast they should have a Receptionist in the Service area too to maintain the queue and to check-in and check-out the customers. I broke down 20 miles from my home, my car was towed and not only did they fix the problem I left it there for a spring tune up, oil change and tires....within 4.5 hours they had the work all done and came not only did they fix the problem I left it there for a spring tune up, oil change and tires....within 4.5 hours they had the work all done and came to pick me up at home for a ride to their service area....They turned a crazy day into a pleasant one, thank you.
