This time around, my wife's 2020 C-RV was due for its 30K checkup. Paul, the service advisor gave me a friendly greeting and talked me through some items that needed to be replaced and didn't push back or press me when I declined one of the suggested items. They completed the work in a timely manner and treated me in a professional, yet friendly manner. Plus, the complimentary car wash is a nice benefit.
