Brought vehicle in for an oil change. They did a bunch of standard checks and I believe they damage my car battery in process. My car starts up immediately without any issue when I took it in, it cranks up immediately when I check my car in ( the receiving agent start it up to check the milleage), and it starts immediately when they took the car to the garage for the oil change. When I received my car back the battery was completely dead. They said my battery tested bad and that I need to pay $214 for a new one. This is unbelievable. I've had battery gone bad before but never one that went from working 100% of the time to dead dead. My 2017 vehicle only has 22k miles on it. I only take it out on weekend for a spin to keep the battery charged and always kept garaged. Very dissappointed with this service center. More

Adam was who our contact was to have my daughter’s 2017 Honda Accord serviced, (brake flush, transmission service & an alignment) he was extremely helpful & kind, a pleasure to deal with, we would definite Honda Accord serviced, (brake flush, transmission service & an alignment) he was extremely helpful & kind, a pleasure to deal with, we would definitely like to work with him again going forward, the only concern I had was the estimate for the 3 services emailed to us didn’t include labor, so the total bill was about $200 more than the estimated figure sent in the email.. I only bring it up because I think most customers having their car serviced at a dealership would want to know that or have the labor be included in the estimate so they can be better prepared to pay their bill.. It was easy to make an appointment with the dealer through Adam for my yearly safety inspection, with its extended hours and availability of services compared to other local Honda dealers.
