Unfortunately I have to share that my last experience in the Autonation Honda dealer was unpleasant. I went for a simple oil change on one of my cars. The representative confirmed my contact information on the Autonation Honda dealer was unpleasant. I went for a simple oil change on one of my cars. The representative confirmed my contact information on the form but still the person who was contacted was my husband who is included for any emergency, and he was out on a trip. Nobody called or texted my phone. When finally I got the notification through my husband that the car was ready and that they were suggesting additional maintenance, I tried to contact the representative assigned to the labor but went straight to her voicemail so I left a message to return my call. Next day I called again to the service department around 6pm, when finally somebody answered, they hung up on me. I waited next day and same thing happened. After 4-5 days with no response I just paid for the oil change and picked up the car. I’ll be looking for another place to do the maintenance my car needs. More
