Great Pricing but that is all I can say. The customer service was horrid, bad, and any other bad word I can think of. All we wanted the Friday evening was a interest rate to finance, We waited over two hours and no one checked on us, updates, we could have done other things. We were promised by Paul 6 month Sirius XM as part of the deal and it was only 3 months per David Lea the manager. We were told after we put the vehicle on insurance, we needed a physical card to take the car, they don't produce cards that fast. They gave a faulty second key transmitter. The main one had a green sticker on it which indicates to me the second transmitter was faulty which was never disclosed and should have been disclosed to work into the deal and no it was NOT the battery. We never saw Paul again after waiting. He left. David knew we were coming in the next day to close the deal and pay, he left when he knew we were coming. He has yet to get back to me on the Sirius XM Term as promised and he has yet to get back to me on the key issue. I will never ever buy a car from your dealership again after this xxxx poor customer service. Oh and by the way, I have a credit score in the low 800's and my wife as well, the best interest rate I could get through the dealership was 6.75%. NOPE, we ended up with 3.8% financing through other sources. I would like to get 6 months Sirius XM since it was promised and also a second key transmitter that works but I have a feeling as past practice and what I have seen, It doesn't matter what I say here and no one will follow up. My review is for the service dept. I took my car in for an oil change and state inspection. Almost 3 hours later, the rep told me about things that were needed on my car. This is the second time we have had issues at this dealer. We have a bumper to bumper warranty but was charged for diagnostic services. The charges him over $200 and did not use the credit on the account t from that last time they overcharged us and couldn’t refund. Plan to report to Consumer reports. More

I have been going to this dealership for many years. In the last 2 the quality of customer service in the Service Department has gone down significantly in my opinion. When driving into the Service Area In the last 2 the quality of customer service in the Service Department has gone down significantly in my opinion. When driving into the Service Area, I no longer have someone approach me to provide guidance, there is no clear place to go to sign in, and I often have to wait 10 or 15 minutes before I finally chase someone down. For years I have dropped my car off late in the day, they inspect it and call me in the morning so I can decide what to do other than regular emissions. Both the last 2 years no one called me, no one answers the service line, when I finally get to talk to someone it is too late to get additional anything done and I only have time to pick it up so I have it for the following day. More
As always when I have my car serviced at AutoNation Honda Dulles, I leave feeling good that my vehicle is running as it should. Adam is always welcoming and personable. Not only do I feel like he provides th Dulles, I leave feeling good that my vehicle is running as it should. Adam is always welcoming and personable. Not only do I feel like he provides the best customer experiences, I see that he genuinely cares for his customers. I see how he takes care of his elderly customers and is very detailed when explaining what services are performed as well as needed. My daughter recently purchased a vehicle. I am happy to share that she is now a customer of AutoNation because I recommended that she take her vehicle there and should only go there. More
